How to change my direct debit details

Your direct debit details can be updated to an account under your business entity name or the director's name.

To update these, we need you to provide the following 2 items:

1. The Direct Debit Change Request form to be completed (choose the relevant form below):
   • Australia Direct Debit Change Request
   • New Zealand Direct Debit Change Request
      
2. A recent bank statement clearly showing the account details and transactions under the account you wish to switch to

Please note that same-day direct debits can only be updated before 4pm AEST/NZST.
