Your direct debit details can be updated to an account under your business entity name or the director's name.
To update these, we need you to provide the following 2 items:
- The Direct Debit Change Request form to be completed (choose the relevant form below):
- A recent bank statement clearly showing the account details and transactions under the account you wish to switch to

Please note that same-day direct debits can only be updated before 4pm AEST/NZST.
