1. Why has my account ID changed?
We’ve updated our system to make things work better for you. As part of this, your account ID has been updated.
2. Why can I no longer use BPAY?
We’ve introduced new ways to manage your voluntary extra repayments through the Prospa App and Prospa Online. These updates make it quicker and easier to make one-off repayments anytime, without needing BPAY.

4. Payout options – how to request a payout
Should you need to, you can now request a payout directly through your account in the Prospa App or Prospa Online—no need to contact us! It’s quick and easy, giving you more control and saving time.
5. Why do my statements look different?
You might notice a small difference where one statement ends and the next begins. Don’t worry – nothing has changed with your account, and this won’t impact your balance or transaction history. It’s just a temporary system update and your statements will be stitched together and back to normal soon.
